Zinpro Corporation Hires LaToya Jones Burrell As Executive Director of the Anderson Foundation

Former university dean will manage the activity of the Foundation and serve as Zinpro’s global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) champion

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., March 11, 2021 — Zinpro Corporation, the industry leader in performance trace mineral nutrition for livestock, poultry, aquaculture and companion animals, announced today that LaToya Jones Burrell, J.D. will join the company as Executive Director of the Anderson Foundation. In this role, Burrell will manage activities of the Foundation with continued involvement and support from the Anderson family. Additionally, she will serve as Zinpro’s global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) champion, providing experiences and resources to advance Zinpro on its DEI journey.

Burrell comes to Zinpro with extensive higher education and legal experience. She was previously the dean of graduate education and accreditation as well as an associate professor for North Central University in Minneapolis. Burrell received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center in Louisiana and her Master of Business Administration degree from Metropolitan State University in Minnesota. She is a licensed attorney in Minnesota and Louisiana, and she is a published author, having recently written a book on harmonious racial reconciliation.

She is active in her community through various civic service and volunteer organizations and sits on the board of directors for People Serving People Charities, a Minnesota nonprofit shelter for families experiencing homelessness.
