Isso faz com que a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do status do cobre\nem n\u00edvel de rebanho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-determining-copper-status\">Determina\u00e7\u00e3o do status do cobre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O tecido hep\u00e1tico \u00e9 o\nO tecido hep\u00e1tico \u00e9 o indicador ideal do status do cobre em animais e reflete a\ndisponibilidade de cobre na dieta a longo prazo (Herdt e Hoff, 2011). (2015)\ndescobriram que as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de cobre hep\u00e1tico em vacas leiteiras de descarte tinham uma m\u00e9dia de\naproximadamente <br>\n500 ppm, e muitas dessas amostras mostraram sinais de peroxida\u00e7\u00e3o da membrana lip\u00eddica.\nSchefers (2015) explicou como os n\u00edveis de enzimas hep\u00e1ticas no sangue eram elevados quando\nconcentra\u00e7\u00f5es de cobre hep\u00e1tico eram maiores que 450 ppm, o que indicava algum\ndano hep\u00e1tico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amostras aleat\u00f3rias de f\u00edgado coletadas pela Zinpro de vacas leiteiras saud\u00e1veis, em plena lacta\u00e7\u00e3o, entre 2000 e 2017, mostram que a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de cobre hep\u00e1tico para essas vacas amostradas aleatoriamente est\u00e1 bem no limite do preocupante. No entanto, analisando mais a fundo, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ver um n\u00famero significativo de vacas com n\u00edveis muito mais altos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zinpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Dairy-Copper-Chart-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14454\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-potential-causes-of-excessive-copper-accumulation\">Causas em potencial do ac\u00famulo excessivo de cobre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 v\u00e1rios\nfatores que podem estar contribuindo para o ac\u00famulo excessivo de cobre.\nA manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e a gesta\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os principais fatores que impulsionam a necessidade de cobre e, em menor escala, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leite,\ne, em menor escala, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leite. No entanto, as vacas leiteiras de hoje est\u00e3o comendo\nmais mat\u00e9ria seca do que nos anos anteriores devido \u00e0 maior produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leite. Uma vaca que\nconsome 27 kg (60 libras) de mat\u00e9ria seca consumir\u00e1 mais 90 mg de cobre por dia\nem compara\u00e7\u00e3o com uma vaca que consome apenas 23 kg (50 libras), assumindo um n\u00edvel de 20 ppm\nde cobre total na dieta. Isso pode n\u00e3o parecer muito, mas faz uma\ndiferen\u00e7a significativa ao longo da vida de uma vaca.  Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e0 medida que o consumo de ra\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta, tamb\u00e9m aumenta a\na taxa de passagem da ra\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzindo o tempo de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o do cobre aos\nantagonistas (molibd\u00eanio e enxofre), o que pode resultar em maior\nabsor\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As concentra\u00e7\u00f5es hep\u00e1ticas de cobre aumentaram em aproximadamente 230 ppm de peso seco quando o gado leiteiro em lacta\u00e7\u00e3o foi suplementado com 12 a 15 ppm de cobre durante duas lacta\u00e7\u00f5es (Nocek et al., 2006). O \u00fanico momento em que o cobre no f\u00edgado tende a diminuir durante a vida de uma vaca, fora da remo\u00e7\u00e3o proposital da suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o de cobre, \u00e9 durante o per\u00edodo seco. Isso pode ser devido a uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de atender \u00e0s necessidades do bezerro em desenvolvimento e ao fato de que a ingest\u00e3o de mat\u00e9ria seca \u00e9 at\u00e9 50% menor em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com uma vaca em lacta\u00e7\u00e3o.  No entanto, logo ap\u00f3s o parto, o ac\u00famulo de cobre come\u00e7a a ocorrer novamente e, com frequ\u00eancia, excede o n\u00edvel mantido na lacta\u00e7\u00e3o anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zinpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Dairy-Copper-Chart2-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14458\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Outra poss\u00edvel causa\npara o ac\u00famulo excessivo de cobre \u00e9 que os nutricionistas podem estar usando\nem vez de valores analisados para os minerais. O uso de valores cont\u00e1beis \u00e9 fortemente\nfortemente desaconselhado porque o conte\u00fado de tra\u00e7os minerais pode ser altamente vari\u00e1vel com base em\ncondi\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas diferentes, incluindo a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de minerais no solo, o pH do solo\npH do solo, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica, contamina\u00e7\u00e3o do solo durante a colheita e tipo de forragem. Al\u00e9m disso,\nrelat\u00f3rios de campo indicaram que os n\u00edveis de cobre no f\u00edgado de bezerros rec\u00e9m-nascidos da ra\u00e7a Holstein\nrec\u00e9m-nascidos excedem 500 ppm de peso seco em alguns casos.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-meeting-the-copper-needs-of-the-animal\">Atendendo \u00e0s necessidades de cobre do animal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na maioria dos casos, os suplementos de minerais tra\u00e7o devem fornecer de 8 ppm a 10 ppm de cobre suplementar para vacas e novilhas da ra\u00e7a Holstein, com a ressalva de n\u00e3o exceder 400 mg de cobre diet\u00e9tico total por dia. A pesquisa da Zinpro mostra que o fornecimento de mais de 400 mg de cobre por dia pode resultar em n\u00edveis de cobre no f\u00edgado superiores a 450 ppm de mat\u00e9ria seca, independentemente de a fonte de cobre ser inorg\u00e2nica ou proveniente de minerais tra\u00e7os de desempenho (Kellogg et al., 2003, Ferguson et al., 2004, Nocek et al., 2006, Ballantine et al., 2002, Griffiths et al., 2007, Siciliano-Jones et al., 2008, Hackbart et al., 2010).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zinpro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Dairy-Copper-Chart3-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14461\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As vacas e novilhas Jersey\ns\u00e3o mais eficientes no ac\u00famulo de cobre no f\u00edgado (Du et al., 1996), portanto\ndeve-se limitar a suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o a 6 a 8 ppm, ou um m\u00e1ximo total de\n300 mg de cobre por dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, 3,5 a 5 ppm do cobre suplementar devem vir de uma fonte menos suscet\u00edvel ao estresse e aos antagonistas. Incluir cobre complexado com um amino\u00e1cido, como o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zinpro.com\/pt\/product\/zinpro-propath-cu\/\">Zinpro\u00ae ProPath\u00ae Cu<\/a> O Zinpro ProPath Cu, administrado a gado leiteiro estressado, melhora a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de cobre em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o sulfato de cobre inorg\u00e2nico. Isso sugere uma atividade metab\u00f3lica diferente quando o cobre \u00e9 administrado como Zinpro ProPath Cu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantir que o gado leiteiro esteja recebendo a quantidade correta de cobre, os nutricionistas devem coletar uma amostra de \u00e1gua pelo menos uma vez por ano para ficarem atentos a poss\u00edveis antagonistas, como ferro ou sulfatos. Conforme mostrado na tabela abaixo, quando os n\u00edveis de enxofre est\u00e3o mais pr\u00f3ximos de 0,2, essa altera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 menos necess\u00e1ria. Al\u00e9m disso, se as dietas forem ricas em molibd\u00eanio e enxofre e, portanto, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es forem favor\u00e1veis \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de tiomolibdatos, os produtores devem considerar o fornecimento de uma parte do cobre suplementar a partir de uma fonte de cobre dispon\u00edvel no r\u00famen para reduzir a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de tiomolibdatos.
