The two companies are Paragon Specialty Products (PSP), LLC, Rainsville, Alabama, and CouvLotta, LLC, Rockport, Texas, USA. The expected close date for the acquisitions is November 1, 2018.

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Aug. 29, 2018 – Zinpro Corporation announces that Laura Amundson, Ph.D., has joined the company in a newly created position as basic metabolism researcher. In this role, Dr. Amundson will join other members of the company’s Research and Nutritional Services (RNS) team to help identify, assess and develop new nutritional products that will improve wellness and performance for livestock, poultry, pet and other species.

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Aug. 23, 2018 – Two graduate student scholars were recently recognized as outstanding Young Scholars at the 2018 Western Section Awards Program. Sponsored by Zinpro Corporation, the awards were presented to Hannah Cunningham and Amelia Tanner, as part of the Western Section of the American Society of Animal Science (WSASAS) meeting held recently in Bend, Oregon. Award recipients each received a plaque, monetary award and invitation to present their research findings at the meeting.
