Les solutions Zinpro\u00ae am\u00e9liorent les performances, la sant\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 tout en r\u00e9duisant de mani\u00e8re mesurable l'impact carbone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-emissions-intensity-matters-in-agriculture-nbsp\"><strong>L'importance de l'intensit\u00e9 des \u00e9missions dans l'agriculture&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'augmentation du nombre d'animaux permet de produire plus de viande, de lait et d'\u0153ufs pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande alimentaire croissante. Toutefois, cela entra\u00eene \u00e9galement une augmentation des \u00e9missions globales de carbone. Par exemple, entre 2005 et 2025, le cheptel laitier mondial a augment\u00e9 de 11%, entra\u00eenant une hausse de 18% des \u00e9missions totales de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES). Sans am\u00e9liorations significatives de l'efficacit\u00e9, de la sant\u00e9 animale, de la production par animal et de la gestion globale, cette augmentation aurait pu \u00eatre beaucoup plus importante (jusqu'\u00e0 38%). &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Si la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions absolues reste une priorit\u00e9, des progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions par unit\u00e9 de produit, ce que l'on appelle l'intensit\u00e9 des \u00e9missions. Dans le secteur laitier, les \u00e9missions de GES par kilogramme de lait ont diminu\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 11% entre 2005 et 2015, ce qui d\u00e9montre l'impact de ces progr\u00e8s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-role-of-feed-in-reducing-carbon-emissions\"><strong>R\u00f4le de l'alimentation animale dans la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'alimentation animale joue un r\u00f4le majeur dans l'empreinte carbone de la viande, des \u0153ufs et des produits laitiers, car le processus de culture, de transformation et de transport des aliments contribue de mani\u00e8re significative aux \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. Toutefois, la qualit\u00e9 et la digestibilit\u00e9 des aliments sont tout aussi importantes. Un r\u00e9gime peut sembler \u00e9cologiquement durable sur le papier, mais si l'animal ne peut pas le consommer et le dig\u00e9rer efficacement, il peut entra\u00eener des pertes de performance et des niveaux d'azote plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans le fumier, ce qui accro\u00eet l'impact environnemental.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le des nutritionnistes pour animaux devient de plus en plus complexe. Dans le pass\u00e9, les d\u00e9cisions \u00e9taient souvent bas\u00e9es sur des formulations au moindre co\u00fbt ou au meilleur co\u00fbt. Aujourd'hui, l'efficacit\u00e9, tant au niveau de l'animal que de l'exploitation, doit \u00eatre mise en balance avec l'empreinte carbone et le potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement de la plan\u00e8te*l des aliments choisis. Ce d\u00e9fi multidimensionnel n\u00e9cessite des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises sur l'empreinte carbone des ingr\u00e9dients et des sous-produits des aliments pour animaux. Mais comment les micro-ingr\u00e9dients, tels que les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments organiques, jouent-ils un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quantifying-the-impact-of-organic-trace-minerals\"><strong>Quantifier l'impact des oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments organiques<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments organiques soient utilis\u00e9s en petites quantit\u00e9s dans l'alimentation des animaux, leur impact sur la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone peut \u00eatre significatif en am\u00e9liorant les indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance. Voici quelques-unes des nouvelles donn\u00e9es int\u00e9ressantes que nous pouvons publier :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaches laiti\u00e8res :<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9,2% d'am\u00e9lioration de l'efficacit\u00e9 alimentaire, conduisant \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de 8% de CO\u2082e par unit\u00e9 de lait, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 120 kg de CO\u2082e pour 1 000 kg de lait produit.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30% d'augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 de survie des g\u00e9nisses, ce qui se traduit par une r\u00e9duction de 1,5% des \u00e9missions de CO\u2082e n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir la taille du troupeau, soit une \u00e9conomie de 143 kg de CO\u2082e par g\u00e9nisse qui reste dans le troupeau laitier.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Porcs et volailles :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1% d'am\u00e9lioration de la vivabilit\u00e9 des porcs d'engraissement, ainsi que d'am\u00e9lioration de la production et de l'efficacit\u00e9, conduisant \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de la production de CO\u2082e d'environ 3% sur la base des porcs d'engraissement.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une am\u00e9lioration de 2 points de l'indice de consommation des poulets de chair, \u00e9quivalant \u00e0 environ +105 g de poids vif, se traduisant par une r\u00e9duction de 3,67% de la production de CO\u2082e par unit\u00e9 de viande de poulets de chair produite.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Augmentation de 5,2% de la production d'\u0153ufs chez les pondeuses, entra\u00eenant une r\u00e9duction de 5,42% de la production de CO\u2082e par unit\u00e9 de masse d'\u0153ufs produite.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poissons marins :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7% de r\u00e9duction des intrants alimentaires, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9tention des prot\u00e9ines (6,8%) et \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9tention du phosphore (13,2%), ce qui a permis de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de 182 g CO\u2082e par kg de viande comestible.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Favoriser le changement et l'innovation dans la production animale&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pratiques de production animale, y compris la nutrition, font l'objet d'un examen de plus en plus minutieux en ce qui concerne leur impact sur la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des animaux et sur l'environnement.
