Cependant, l'ampleur de la perte de poids et la capacit\u00e9 de la vache \u00e0 s'adapter au changement m\u00e9tabolique du tarissement et de la gestation \u00e0 la lactation et \u00e0 la non-gestation d\u00e9terminent le succ\u00e8s du rendement de la lactation, les performances reproductives futures et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9. Un aspect particuli\u00e8rement important de l'adaptation en d\u00e9but de lactation est que la perte de poids provient de la mobilisation des muscles et de la graisse corporelle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les changements dans la profondeur musculaire sont affect\u00e9s par le degr\u00e9 d'\u00e9quilibre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique n\u00e9gatif qui est \u00e9galement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l'incidence des maladies de transition. Dans la p\u00e9riode qui suit la fra\u00eecheur, les vaches peuvent mobiliser jusqu'\u00e0 35% ou plus de r\u00e9serves musculaires pour soutenir la lactation. L'\u00e9puisement musculaire se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au cours des trois premi\u00e8res semaines de lactation et est souvent interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme une perte de graisse. La mobilisation du tissu adipeux peut toutefois se poursuivre au-del\u00e0 de cette p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9but de lactation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 de mobiliser uniquement les r\u00e9serves de graisse corporelle pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques est que le foie peut \u00eatre submerg\u00e9 et engorg\u00e9, ce qui se traduit par une st\u00e9atose h\u00e9patique et une c\u00e9tose. La mobilisation du tissu musculaire permet d'utiliser les prot\u00e9ines comme source d'\u00e9nergie (glucose) et de fournir les acides amin\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la lactation et au syst\u00e8me immunitaire, en particulier pendant la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 les apports en mati\u00e8re s\u00e8che sont trop faibles pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-role-of-isoacids-in-dairy-nutrition-nbsp\"><strong>Le r\u00f4le des isoacides dans la nutrition laiti\u00e8re<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les acides gras volatils \u00e0 cha\u00eene ramifi\u00e9e (AGVCR ou \"isoacides\") sont naturellement produits dans le rumen par les bact\u00e9ries dig\u00e9rant l'amidon et le sucre au cours de la d\u00e9gradation normale des prot\u00e9ines d\u00e9gradables dans le rumen (PDR). Les isoacides sont des nutriments essentiels requis par les bact\u00e9ries dig\u00e9rant les fibres, qui les utilisent pour produire des prot\u00e9ines microbiennes et de l'\u00e9nergie, toutes deux n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la vache \u00e0 des fins productives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des recherches men\u00e9es en collaboration avec l'Ohio State University et d'autres institutions ont montr\u00e9 que, dans diverses conditions alimentaires, la quantit\u00e9 d'isoacides est insuffisante, ce qui emp\u00eache les bact\u00e9ries fibrolytiques d'atteindre leur plein potentiel en termes de digestion des fibres et de synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines microbiennes. L'ajout d'isoacides \u00e0 des r\u00e9gimes d\u00e9ficients a permis d'augmenter la digestibilit\u00e9 des NDF, la production de prot\u00e9ines microbiennes et le rendement laitier.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-isoacids-and-metabolic-changes-nbsp\"><strong>Isoacides et changements m\u00e9taboliques<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de manipuler la nutrition prot\u00e9ique en fin de gestation, les chercheurs ont \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 des isoacides suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 affecter les changements m\u00e9taboliques pendant la transition. Les isoacides sont non seulement des nutriments importants pour les bact\u00e9ries dig\u00e9rant les fibres, mais ils sont \u00e9galement connus pour \u00eatre directement absorb\u00e9s par l'intestin et utilis\u00e9s par le foie de l'animal lui-m\u00eame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de l'universit\u00e9 de Purdue, des vaches multipares ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9es en deux groupes, l'un \u00e0 faible musculature et l'autre \u00e0 forte musculature, sur la base de la profondeur du muscle longissimus dorsi ou muscle de l'\u0153il de la ligne du dessus. Les vaches \u00e0 faible musculature se distinguent par la fa\u00e7on dont elles s'adaptent \u00e0 un bilan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique n\u00e9gatif en d\u00e9but de lactation. Elles avaient des acides gras non est\u00e9rifi\u00e9s (AGNE) plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et une glyc\u00e9mie plus basse. Les vaches \u00e0 forte musculature pr\u00e9sentaient l'inverse. L'alimentation en isoacides pendant les 42 derniers jours de la p\u00e9riode de tarissement a modifi\u00e9 cette r\u00e9ponse. Les vaches \u00e0 faible masse musculaire pr\u00e9sentaient une r\u00e9duction des AGNE et une augmentation de la glyc\u00e9mie. L'importance de ce changement se traduit par un rendement laitier positif. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les vaches \u00e0 faible musculature ont produit moins de lait que les vaches \u00e0 forte musculature. Cependant, lorsqu'elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nourries avec des isoacides en pr\u00e9partum, une partie de la perte de lait a \u00e9t\u00e9 att\u00e9nu\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vaches \u00e0 forte musculature ont produit beaucoup plus de lait lorsqu'elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nourries avec des isoacides, ce qui est en corr\u00e9lation avec l'am\u00e9lioration de l'\u00e9tat du glucose. Des travaux ant\u00e9rieurs sur les isoacides ont montr\u00e9 qu'ils modulaient le statut m\u00e9tabolique d'une mani\u00e8re favorable \u00e0 la production laiti\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la suppl\u00e9mentation des vaches en isoacides pendant la p\u00e9riode de tarissement peut r\u00e9duire la perte de poids corporel, augmenter la glyc\u00e9mie et r\u00e9duire les concentrations de \u00df-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), ce qui am\u00e9liore la transition tout en favorisant le rendement laitier en d\u00e9but de lactation.
