Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente men\u00e9e \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 d'Alexandrie en Egypte en collaboration avec le Dr. Abdel-Fattah El-Sayed, a \u00e9valu\u00e9 le remplacement des pr\u00e9m\u00e9langes inorganiques d'oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments par des complexes m\u00e9tallo-aminoacides de Zn, Se, Cu, Fe et Mn (ZPM) dans les aliments commerciaux au cours d'un essai de croissance dans des conditions d'\u00e9levage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9tude s'est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 intestinale, aux antioxydants et aux param\u00e8tres de la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire pour \u00e9valuer l'effet du ZPM. Des remplacements optimaux de 50-55% pour la croissance et de 60-65% pour l'\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 sont recommand\u00e9s. Une analyse \u00e9conomique compl\u00e8te a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e et a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que tous les niveaux de remplacement fournissaient des marges sup\u00e9rieures par rapport au groupe t\u00e9moin, avec un r\u00e9sultat \u00e9conomique optimal pour le remplacement de 50% dans ce cas (Figure 3).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure 3. Avec le bon \u00e9quilibre d'oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, le tilapia peut atteindre son plein potentiel, renforcer son immunit\u00e9 et, en fin de compte, augmenter sa rentabilit\u00e9.
