Chez les poulets de chair, les mycotoxines r\u00e9duisent la croissance et la qualit\u00e9 de la carcasse en rendant les oiseaux plus sensibles aux contusions et aux saignements dans le tissu musculaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Globalement, les mycotoxines pr\u00e9sentes dans les aliments augmentent les besoins en oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments des animaux, en particulier les min\u00e9raux antioxydants tels que le Zn, le Mn et le Se.
