Importante, s\u00ed, pero a menudo aislada de las m\u00e9tricas de productividad m\u00e1s amplias. A pesar de su clara relaci\u00f3n con la cojera de las cerdas y el sacrificio precoz, la salud de las u\u00f1as rara vez se med\u00eda, segu\u00eda o cuantificaba de forma que pudiera servir de base para la toma de decisiones a nivel de reba\u00f1o. Gracias a t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de an\u00e1lisis de datos y al compromiso de dejar que los datos cuenten la historia, Zinpro<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ahora dispone de pruebas irrefutables de que las lesiones en las garras est\u00e1n directamente relacionadas con el rendimiento reproductivo<sup>1<\/sup>.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se trata s\u00f3lo de una hip\u00f3tesis, sino de una conclusi\u00f3n extra\u00edda de rigurosos an\u00e1lisis multivariantes, algoritmos de agrupaci\u00f3n y modelos predictivos. Y est\u00e1 cambiando nuestra forma de pensar sobre&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zinpro.com\/es_es\/resource-center\/blog\/maximizing-sow-longevity-key-insights-for-enhanced-swine-production-and-farm-profitability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">productividad, rentabilidad y longevidad de las cerdas<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-from-observation-to-insight-the-power-of-data-analysis\"><strong>De la observaci\u00f3n al conocimiento: El poder del an\u00e1lisis de datos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el pasado, la puntuaci\u00f3n de las lesiones en las garras era un proceso manual y observacional, valioso pero limitado en escala y consistencia. Hoy en d\u00eda, Zinpro aprovecha herramientas estad\u00edsticas avanzadas para analizar grandes conjuntos de datos de m\u00e1s de 6.000 cerdas (un subconjunto de la base de datos de m\u00e1s de 30.000 cerdas) en cientos de piaras comerciales. Estos m\u00e9todos nos permiten agrupar a los cerdos por estado de salud de las garras, predecir los resultados reproductivos e identificar qu\u00e9 lesiones afectan m\u00e1s significativamente a la calidad general de las garras que podr\u00edan provocar cojeras en las cerdas.<sup>2<\/sup> Al reducir la complejidad de los datos y resolver los problemas de clasificaci\u00f3n, hemos conseguido que la salud de las garras deje de ser una observaci\u00f3n subjetiva y se convierta en una referencia cuantificable y procesable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toma el Zinpro<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> \u00cdndice de lesiones (L-index), por ejemplo. Se trata de una puntuaci\u00f3n compuesta que cuantifica la gravedad de las lesiones en las garras en m\u00faltiples tipos de lesiones<sup>&nbsp;3<\/sup>. Al analizar las puntuaciones del \u00edndice L junto con los indicadores clave de rendimiento reproductivo (KPI), hemos descubierto patrones que antes eran invisibles. En particular, las cerdas de C1 alcanzaron antes su potencial reproductivo, pero disminuyeron m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente, mientras que las de C2 mantuvieron su rendimiento durante m\u00e1s tiempo.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-parity-matters-but-so-does-timing\"><strong>La paridad importa, pero tambi\u00e9n el calendario<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro an\u00e1lisis de datos tambi\u00e9n mostr\u00f3 que el orden de paridad desempe\u00f1a un papel cr\u00edtico. Al adoptar un enfoque multivariante, estamos ayudando a los productores porcinos a pasar de un tratamiento reactivo a una gesti\u00f3n proactiva. Estamos identificando antes a los animales de riesgo, adaptando las intervenciones por grupos y mejorando los resultados en toda la piara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los productores de porcino, los gestores de reba\u00f1os, los veterinarios y los nutricionistas, esto significa una mejor toma de decisiones, una mayor longevidad de las cerdas y una mayor seguridad alimentaria. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zinpro.com\/es_es\/resource-center\/blog\/the-path-to-sow-farm-profitability\/\">mayor rentabilidad de la inversi\u00f3n<\/a>. Estas lesiones son una de las principales causas de cojera en cerdas y cerdas j\u00f3venes y un factor importante que afecta a la longevidad, la productividad y el bienestar.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-nbsp-can-we-nbsp-treat-lameness-in-pigs-nbsp\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo tratar la cojera de los cerdos?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El tratamiento de la cojera en cerdos y cerdas requiere un enfoque multifac\u00e9tico y depende en gran medida de la causa.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Remediar la cojera en los cerdos requiere una detecci\u00f3n precoz, reparar las lesiones de las garras, favorecer la curaci\u00f3n con oligoelementos de calidad como el zinc, el manganeso y el cobre, mejorar el suelo, controlar las infecciones y proporcionar a los animales un entorno de bajo estr\u00e9s para recuperarse.
