We are equally committed to evaluate and address the potential for human trafficking and slavery in our supply chains and have asked our principal suppliers to make the same commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with this commitment to compliance, Zinpro\u2019s disclosures are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verification. We expect our suppliers to follow all global labor laws related to human trafficking and slavery and are considering how to put this in writing on future contract agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auditing. We are currently evaluating how to expand our existing auditing program to incorporate trafficking and slavery standards that could include conducting on-site audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification. We require all our contract manufacturers and suppliers to be in compliance with all governmental laws and regulations as well as with Zinpro policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accountability. We hold our employees accountable for upholding our code of conduct and our standards related to human trafficking and slavery as stated in the Expectations of Employees section of our Employee Handbook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training. We are committed to training employees regarding our expectations for conduct, including issues related to human trafficking and slavery and ethical sourcing procedures and policies, through our online Compliance Quest training system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendors and suppliers who fail to comply fully with Zinpro Corporation\u2019s standards, policies and procedures, including, without limitation, laws regarding human trafficking and slavery, may result in Zinpro order cancelation(s), termination of the supplier relationship, and\/or legal actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Citations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unodc.org\/unodc\/en\/human-trafficking\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/www.unodc.org\/unodc\/en\/human-trafficking\/index.html<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wrapcompliance.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/www.wrapcompliance.org\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visitor Biosecurity Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">As a visitor you are responsible to follow CGMP and Biosecurity guidelines to prevent the spread of animal disease and product contamination.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You Shall:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wear clothing and footwear that has not been exposed to livestock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not have recently visited a country that has an outbreak of animal disease.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store personal items such as backpacks, briefcases, cameras, computers, tablets and cell phones in your car or in the front office\/conference room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow Zinpro Quality and Food Safety procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be properly attired, which includes, if applicable, safety footwear, protective clothing, hard hat, eye protection and hearing protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove or secure jewelry and other objects that may fall into animal food, equipment, or containers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only smoke in designated areas outside of the facilities, this includes the use of electronic smoking devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash\/disinfect hands before entering the manufacturing areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not eat, drink and spit in the production areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wear protection if you have open cuts or sores, to prevent contamination of food.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take preventive measures to prevent spreading if you have a communicable disease.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not touch equipment or materials, unless required for the purpose of your visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always be accompanied by a Zinpro employee, unless you are a contractor or service provider that has read and signed the contract service training form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not carry any unapproved containers, dangerous goods, prescription drugs and\/or cameras into the production facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out and sign the Visitor Log.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zinpro employees not located at the facility and contractors are allowed to bring in personal items provided that they have not recently been exposed to livestock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Political Neutrality Statement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zinpro Corporation is committed to political neutrality in the matters of party politics.
