NAMIWalks supports the efforts of NAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) to provide education, support and advocacy for children and adults with mental illnesses and their families.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis year the U.S. Surgeon General issued a report on the impact of loneliness and isolation,\u201d said Sue Abderholden, executive director of NAMI Minnesota. \u201cNAMI\u2019s programs connect people and lets them know they are not alone. No one gets through a serious mental illness by themselves.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
