Zinpro.com Honored As “Best Science Website” in 2013 WebAward Competition

Eden Prairie, Minn. (Jan. 13, 2014) – Zinpro Corporation’s website, www.zinpro.com, was recently recognized as the “Best Science Website” in the 2013 WebAward competition. The site was developed by Zinpro Corporation and its web-agency partner, Minneapolis-based Risdall Marketing Group.

Now in its 17th year, the WebAwards (sponsored by the Web Marketing Association) are recognized as the premier industry-based website award program in the world.  TheWebAward competition for 2013 included more than 1,500 entries from 40 countries, across all industry segments. Entries were judged based on seven key criteria: design, ease of use, copywriting, interactivity, use of technology, innovation and content. The entry with the highest score within each industry category received the “Best Website” award.

“As a science-based company, we focus on unmatched product quality and innovative solutions to animal nutrition,” says Brad Frisvold, Senior Marketing Manager – The Americas, Zinpro Corporation. “The criteria that went into developing the website itself is really a reflection of how we view ourselves as a company. Having peers within the marketing industry view our site in much the same light is very rewarding.”

Judges awarded the Zinpro.com site with an exceptionally high score – 63.5 out of a possible 70 points. For comparison, the WebAward average is 53.9 points and the industry average is 52.0 points. In 2012, the Zinpro.com site was also recognized in the WebAward competition, receiving a “Science Standard of Excellence” award.
