Eden Prairie, Minn. (Jan. 23, 2014) – Zinpro Corporation is pleased to announce the recent addition of Patrick Brunner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He succeeds Mary Kurth, who retired from the company on December 31, 2013.
As CFO, his primary responsibilities include directing the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices, as well as overseeing the Global Supply Chain and Customer Service, Information Technology and Human Resources departments. Brunner is located at the company’s global headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minn., and reports to William Scrimgeour, President and Chief Operating Officer, Zinpro Corporation.
Brunner holds a master’s of business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
He brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience to this position, having served in a variety of executive leadership roles with companies in the chemical and food product sectors. Brunner also has extensive experience overseeing Information Technology and Human Resources, in addition to international business and manufacturing experience.
Mary Kurth, who served as CFO for the past seven years, retired at the end of 2013. Zinpro Corporation thanks her for her dedicated service to the company and its customers.
