Quatre traitements alimentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s : un r\u00e9gime sans suppl\u00e9mentation en Zinpro chrome m\u00e9thionine (contr\u00f4le), et trois autres r\u00e9gimes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s en suppl\u00e9mentant le r\u00e9gime de contr\u00f4le avec du Zinpro chrome m\u00e9thionine \u00e0 des doses croissantes (0,2, 0,4, 0,5, 0,5, 0,5, 0,5 et 0,5).<s>,<\/s> et 0,6 mg\/kg d'aliment).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations significatives du poids corporel final (PCF) et de l'indice de consommation (IC) lorsque les aliments pour saumon et daurade royale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par de la m\u00e9thionine de chrome Zinpro \u00e0 raison de 0,2 et 0,4 mg\/kg, respectivement. Des am\u00e9liorations du FCR ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente chez les deux esp\u00e8ces, avec des r\u00e9ductions de 6,7% chez le saumon et de 6,9% chez la daurade royale (figure 1). Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important dans l'aquaculture moderne, o\u00f9 les ingr\u00e9dients d'origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale peuvent avoir une biodisponibilit\u00e9 du P et une digestibilit\u00e9 des prot\u00e9ines r\u00e9duites.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ajout de Zinpro Chromium Methionine \u00e0 0,2 ppm dans l'alimentation du saumon et de 0,4 ppm dans l'alimentation de la daurade a permis d'augmenter de mani\u00e8re significative la r\u00e9tention de l'azote de 6,91 TTP3 et de 15,41 TTP3, respectivement. La r\u00e9tention de P s'est \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de 13% et 16% (Figure 2).
