Visitor Biosecurity Procedure

Protocol for visitors from outside the US (foreign visitors or US residents returning to the US):

  • A minimum of 48 hours in the US is required prior to entry into Zinpro production facilities.
  • No clothing or footwear with animal exposure outside the US in the past 14 days shall be worn to the facility.
  • Clean and disinfect footwear upon entry to the US.
  • It is illegal to bring any meat-based products into the US because of the risk of bringing in a foreign animal disease.

Protocol for all visitors:

  • No clothing or footwear with animal exposure over the preceding 48 hours shall be worn to the facilities (within the US).
  • Clean and disinfect personal items that have had any type of exposure to livestock or meat products.
  • Personal items such as backpacks, brief cases, cameras, computer tablets and cell phones are to be left behind (in your vehicle or at the facility office) when entering the production facility.
  • The use of camera or video is prohibited inside this facility. Photographs outside the facility are welcomed.
  • Disposable shoe coverings will be provided at the facility offices and must be worn in the production facilities.
